Making a Purchase

You can either create an On-Line Account and then make a purchase or simply make a purchase without creating an On-Line Account. (Go here and click on Create Account to create an On-Line Account)
If you create an On-Line Account making future purchases is made easier as your billing and shipping details are stored on our secure servers and you do not have to re-input your information next time you make and order, you will simply Log-On with your user name and password.

Purchasing with an On-Line Account

  1. Log-On to your On-Line Account and you will be taken to the My Profile page (you can edit any changes from here if needed)
  2. Click on the Catalogue button or select a Category from the side menu.
  3. Select product(s) you wish to purchase.
  4. Click on ”Add to Cart” and you will be directed to the “Shopping Cart”.
  5. Click “Continue Shopping” to purchase other products or to review the website further.
  6. Once you have finished shopping click “Checkout” and you will be directed to the Order Confirmation page with your shipping details already entered from your On-Line Account.
  7. Select the Shipping method (the page will refresh). Our website will automatically select a freight price for the goods you have ordered.
  8. Select Payment method (the page will refresh).
  9. Check your order to make sure it is correct.
  10. Click ‘Proceed to Payment’.
  11. Enter your Credit Card details.
  12. Click on ‘SUBMIT’. Your payment will be processed through our secure servers.
  13. You will receive email confirmation of your order and if in stock the goods will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving the order from you.
Purchasing without an On-Line Account
  1. Click on the Catalogue button or select a Category from the side menu.
  2. Select product(s) you wish to purchase.
  3. Click on ”Add to Cart” and you will be directed to the “Shopping Cart”.
  4. Click “Continue Shopping” to purchase other products or to review the website further.
  5. Once you have finished shopping, click “Checkout” and you will be directed to the 1st of 4 steps for entering your order details.
  6. Step 1 - Fill in your billing information. All fields in yellow must be entered. Click on ‘SUBMIT’.
  7. Step 2 - Change any details as required if the Shipping Address is to be different from the Billing Address and add any delivery instructions. Click on ‘SUBMIT’.
  8. Step 3
    · Select the Shipping method (the page will refresh). Our website will automatically select a freight price for the goods you have ordered.
    · Select payment method - Credit Card unless an alternative is arranged with us prior to placing your order (the page will refresh).
    · Check your order to make sure it is correct.
    · Click ‘Proceed to Payment’.
  9. Step 4 - Enter your Credit Card details.
  10. Click on ‘SUBMIT’. Your payment will be processed through our secure servers.
  11. You will receive email confirmation of your order and if in stock the goods will be shipped within in 2-3 days of receiving the order from you.

Tax Charges

Australia/USA/Canada/Pacific Islands Orders - merchandise sold from the Tactical Solutions Corporation ™ web-site and exported from New Zealand, is not subject to New Zealand tax but may be subject to your country's customs duties and/or taxes. These are not included in the cost of your purchase. We accept no liability for duties/tariffs/taxes imposed when goods enter the customer's home nation. Such or any import duties/tariffs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

New Zealand Orders - merchandise sold from the Tactical Solutions Corporation™ web-site and delivered to a New Zealand address will have Goods and Services Tax (GST) added to the order total. The GST tax rate is currently 12.5%

A tax invoice will be supplied with all orders.

Freight

Freight charges are as stated in the checkout page. On heavy or large sized products a freight surcharge may apply - you will be notified of the exact charge by e-mail and given the option to alter or cancel your order without any obligation.

Orders are normally delivered by Fastway Couriers, Courier Post, New Zealand Post, Australia Post, DHL or Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. A physical address is required by our courier company for deliveries

All shipments are automatically insured up to NZD$1,500. If you require additional insurance, please include this request with your order or send an e-mail referencing the your order number.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are for in-stock items. For back-orders, special orders or items not held in stock, these delivery times apply once the items arrive in our warehouse

  • Australia/New Zealand: 3-6 Days
  • Pacific Islands: 3-10 Days
  • USA/Canada:  4- 10 Days

Target delivery times are listed in days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times shown are for main cities. Delivery to areas outside the main cities may take longer.

Delivery times for items that are dutiable, or held in customs may take a little longer. In the event of any extended delay due to no immediate availability from the manufacturer, the customer will be advised accordingly

Warranty

All merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified - for example in the case of ex-demonstration or clearance stock. The length of warranty varies from product to product. Standard Warranty is 12-months "Back to Base". Applicable warranty can usually be found inside the packaging or box. Tactical Solutions Corporation ™ makes no additional warranties either express or implied over and above the manufacturer’s warranty

Products that have been subject to mis-use, neglect, accidental damage or modification after receipt will not be accepted as a warranty return due to the manufacturer’s warranty being made void.

Tactical Solutions Corporation ™ does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused either directly, indirectly, incidentally or consequentially by products sold by the company

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive damaged cartons please note the damage on the freight carrier's bill or receipt and obtain a copy. Once received contact our customer service department immediately, keeping the original carton packaging and contents intact. If you suspect a shipment has been lost in transit contact us immediately you are aware of this situation (please be sure to allow for normal delivery times)

Returns

In all cases, first e-mail, fax or call us to obtain a Return Authority Number.

Product may be returned if damaged or an error is made in processing your order. Faulty product may be returned for repair or replacement under warranty.

We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or un-securely packaged returns that are damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you insure return packages. Items returned because of an order processing error by Tactical Solutions Corporation ™ must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging for the return to be accepted

Any refunds for credit card or commercial account purchases will be made to the original credit card or commercial account number used at the time of purchase. Purchases made by other methods may be refunded by cheque or direct credit, usually within 14 days of the return

Products that have been subject to mis-use, neglect, accidental damage or modification after receipt will not be accepted for return.

FAQ - Who pays for freight if I return a product?

In most cases, freight charges for returns are your responsibility. However, if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, or there was an error processing your order, Tactical Solutions Corporation ™ may reimburse you for reasonable expenses or organise freight through our own courier.

** Please note that any returns that are made that do not follow the above policy will be subject to be rejected or sent back with no credit or refund processed

Tactical Solutions Corporation always offers competitive prices and excellent customer service. However, for large or high-volume orders we may be able to offer additional discount.  If you would like a quotation for a large order you can e-mail, fax or call in your request. We have full time customer service representatives that can turn around your request quickly.

Use of Products

We have no say and accept no responsibility for how, when, why, where or under what circumstances you would use or carry any of the products sold on our website. We sell these products to you in good faith that you are going to abide by the laws of your country and/or state. The carrying of some of these items could be considered an offense in your country and/or state.
