Australia/USA/Canada/Pacific Islands Orders - merchandise sold from the Tactical Solutions Corporation™ web-site and exported from New Zealand, is not subject to New Zealand tax but may be subject to your country's customs duties and/or taxes. These are not included in the cost of your purchase. We accept no liability for duties/tariffs/taxes imposed when goods enter the customer's home nation. Such or any import duties/tariffs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
New Zealand Orders - merchandise sold from the Tactical Solutions Corporation™ web-site and delivered to a New Zealand address will have Goods and Services Tax (GST) added to the order total. The GST tax rate is currently 15%
A tax invoice will be supplied or emailed for all orders.
Freight charges are as stated in the checkout page. On heavy or large sized products a freight surcharge may apply - you will be notified of the exact charge by e-mail and given the option to alter or cancel your order without any obligation.
Orders are normally delivered by NZ Couriers, Courier Post, New Zealand Post, Australia Post, DHL, FedEx or Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. A physical address is required by our courier company for deliveries
All shipments are automatically insured up to NZD$1,500. If you require additional insurance, please include this request with your order or send an e-mail referencing the your order number.
Delivery times are estimates only and are for in-stock items. For back-orders, special orders or items not held in stock, these delivery times apply once the items arrive in our warehouse
New Zealand: 1-3 Days
Australia: 3-6 Days Pacific Islands: 3-10 Days
USA/Canada: 4- 10 Days
Target delivery times are listed in days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times shown are for main cities. Delivery to areas outside the main cities may take longer.
Delivery times for items that are dutiable, or held in customs may take a little longer. In the event of any extended delay due to no immediate availability from the manufacturer, the customer will be advised accordingly.
The Courier tracking number will be provided in the confirmation email sent to you when the parcel is shipped from our wharehouse. If you have any questions you can use our Contact Us page.
If you receive damaged cartons please note the damage on the freight carrier's bill or receipt and obtain a copy. Once received contact our customer service department immediately, keeping the original carton packaging and contents intact. If you suspect a shipment has been lost in transit contact us immediately you are aware of this situation (please be sure to allow for normal delivery times)

You can log into your account, go to view completed orders and follow the steps on the page to rautomatically request an RMA. Or you can phone or fax us for an RMA
Product may be returned if damaged or an error is made in processing your order. Faulty product may be returned for repair or replacement under warranty.
We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or un-securely packaged returns that are damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you insure return packages. Items returned because of an order processing error by Tactical Solutions Corporation ™ must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging for the return to be accepted
Any refunds for credit card or commercial account purchases will be made to the original credit card or commercial account number used at the time of purchase. Purchases made by other methods may be refunded by cheque or direct credit, usually within 14 days of the return
Products that have been subject to mis-use, neglect, accidental damage or modification after receipt will not be accepted for return.
All merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified - for example in the case of ex-demonstration or clearance stock. The length of warranty varies from product to product. Standard Warranty is 12-months "Back to Base". Applicable warranty can usually be found inside the packaging or box. Tactical Solutions Corporation™ makes no additional warranties either express or implied over and above the manufacturer’s warranty
Products that have been subject to mis-use, neglect, accidental damage or modification after receipt will not be accepted as a warranty return due to the manufacturer’s warranty being made void.
Tactical Solutions Corporation™ does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused either directly, indirectly, incidentally or consequentially by products sold by the company
In most cases, freight charges for returns are your responsibility. However, if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, or there was an error processing your order, Tactical Solutions Corporation ™ may reimburse you for reasonable expenses or organise freight through our own courier.
